Product Warranty

Warranty error includes:

1. Stitch damage
2. Embroidery errors
3. Incorrect stitch details do not match the design
4. Inappropriate amount
5. Material damage

If an error is found in the points above, then Carousel will be fully responsible for correcting the error within the claim period or reporting a maximum 7 days after the item were received and as long as the product is never used. (no scratch , the price tag/brand is still on the product and invoice) 
If the complaint is submitted more than 7 days, then an additional fee will be charged. If the complaint is submitted more than 10 days, the product cannot be processed for repair.
